Horizontal Double - Multi Paper Covering Machine

The machine is designed for Single/Double or Multi covering of Paper, Mica, Polyester, Nomex etc on Bare Aluminium/Copper Rectangular wire.
Salient Features
- Pay-off supply stand along with Disc Brake with/without Hydraulic Lifting/lowering of spool.
- Collapsible Straightener mounted on Horizontal and vertical plane.
- Main drive through DC motor/eddy current motor to give stepless revolution to spinner.
- Capstan/Caterpillar with/without PIV to provide linear speed between 0 to 15 m/min.
- Spinners fitted with/without PIV (Positive Infinite Variatior)
- Take-up winding is by clutch or by Torque Motor and traverse pitch is controlled by Roll Ring traverse for stepless pitch variation and with Hydraulic lowering/lifting of spool.
- Automatic Braking on breaking of tape or when strip or tape ends.
- Rotating wiper/Digital Counter and Control Panel.
