Horizontal Glass Covering Varnishing Lacquering Plant

Model: SEW/HGCM/VLP

The plant shall consist of the following basic machines/equipments.

Pay-off supply stand roll in type with Disc Brake.
Rotating Wiper for cleaning the strip.
Collapsible Straightener mounted on Horizontal and vertical plane.
Two no. of separate eccentric lapping spinner with four or six glass yarn cheeses on each spinner with/without Positive Infinite Variatior (PIV).
Automatic stoppage on breaking of yarn or when yarn ends. On yarn breakage the ovens retract back and close to avoid heat loss.
Varnishing and lacquering plant consisting of one preheating oven and two curing ovens with four heating zones.
Varnish re-circulating system with geared pump and containers.
Capstan unit (overhung) with reduction unit and PIV.
Take-up with traverse pitch is controlled by Roll Ring traverse for stepless pitch variation.
Safety interlocks to avoid damage/burning of covered rectangular wire or thick wire.
Control panel Board.
Cheese winding machine to wind fibre glass yarn.
